Plastec 30 Series Direct Drive Forward Curve Blower for Corrosive Environments

The Plastec 30 series blower is a centrifugal fan designed to exhaust fumes from highly corrosive environments such as laboratories, chemical plants, hospitals, universities, etc. The all-polypropylene construction and thick walls ensure maximum protection against acids and corrosion. Hindered-Amine Light Stabilizers (HALS) increase UV resistance. 

This Plastec series is ideal for most 8-foot fumehoods and includes a black enamel-coated metal motor support stand with mounting hardware.

For rooftop/outdoor installation, a polypropylene weather hood is available.

For indoor installation, a stand would be required.

Other accessories, such as a PVC duct reducer, baffles, coupling for attachment to the fan and an exhaust guard are available at an additional cost. 9.2" diameter inlet & outlet.

For explosion proof model, a different weather hood will be required (WH4).
