Hamilton 84852 Microliter #801N Reinforced Injection Syringe - 10μL

The Hamilton 800 series syringes are the reinforced plunger version of the original 700 series syringes. Attached to the flange of the syringe is a blue syringe holder. The syringe holder provides a spot to hold the syringe that will not heat up the barrel causing dispense inaccuracies. Additionally it provides support to small volume plungers that are prone to bending during injection. Split/splitless injection consists of a heated chamber with a glass liner into which the sample is injected through the septum. A microsyringe is used to inject the sample through a rubber septum into a flash vaporizer chamber at the head of the column. Termination: Cemented Needle
