Denver TR-402 Top-Loading Balance (410g x 0.01g)

The Denver TR-400 Series is an entry-level top-loading balance used for everyday laboratory weighing applications. The solid construction and simplistic operation make these balances the ideal choice. The TR-402 balance provides easy operation with a large TARE key allowing for quick zeroing of the scale. Basic weighing with this Denver balance is effortless. Quickly use the FUNCTION key to toggle between weigh units or applications.  The TR-402 has a weighing capacity of 410 grams and readability of 0.01g. The pan is 6" in diameter. 

The Denver TR-402 is ideal for inventory and process control as well. Simply place the reference quantity (10, 20, 50 or 100 pieces) on the pan and the balance will do the rest. Add or subtract pieces for an accurate piece count. Calibration is a snap with this user-friendly lab balance. Use a precision external weight (not included) to assure that every reading is accurate. Press the “CAL” button, add the calibration weight and instantly the balance completes the calibration.  In addition, the TR-402 is perfect for formulation with its Net Total Weighing capability. To achieve this, place first component on the balance. Press the “FUNCTION” button and the individual weight is stored and the balance is automatically tared. Repeat with multiple components up to the capacity of the balance. When done the cumulative weight is displayed and can be printed. The TR-402 benchtop balance comes equipped with an RS-232 interface. Connect the TR-402 balance to a computer or printer for a permanent record of results. Press the “Print” key and the results are transferred automatically.
