The Corning 6389 PYREX brand pressure-equalizing addition funnel has a ground glass stopper, Teflon stopcock and a joint for addition of material to a reactive mixture in a closed system where air must be excluded. The dropping tube below the stopcock permits delivery of solutions by drops.The Teflon stopcock is designed to reduce freezing problems and eliminate contaminating greases.
