The Beckman DU-520 UV-visible spectrophotometer provides complete scanning with flexible sample modules and robust application programming. This UV-visible spectrophotometer has a wavelength range of 190 to 1100 nm, with a spectral bandwidth of < 4.5 nm, and a scanning speed of 40 to 1000 nm/min at a resolution of 0.2 nm. This spectrophotometer is an ideal choice for life science and applications using single & multiple wavelength analysis, wavelength scanning, spectral manipulation, time-based kinetic/rate determination, and single component analysis of concentration determination. This spectrophotometer includes both the single cell and the multi-cell carousel modules seen in photos.

The Beckman DU-520 UV-visible spectrophotometer stores up to 200 discrete wavelength readings, 10 wavelength scans, and 10 kinetic analyses in memory. This spectrophotometer will also store up to 100 user-defined protocols, built around the application modes in the instrument. Full-text prompts and soft keys guarantee user-friendly interfacing with this UV-visible spectrophotometer via a graphical, backlit liquid-crystal display. The Beckman DU-520 spectrophotometer includes a parallel printer port and an RS-232 serial interface port. Multi-language support in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese and Japanese are included.
