DECO PBM-V-0.4L Planetary Ball Mill (4 x 50-100mL)

Planetary ball mills may be used for mixing, homogenizing, fine grinding, mechanical alloying, cell disruption, small volume high-tech material production, and even colloidal grinding. They are the ideal wet/dry milling tools for acquiring research samples with high efficiency and low noise. Vacuum jars (not included) may be used to process sample within a vacuum environment.

Compatible Non-Vacuum grinding jars: 4 x 50mL-100mL

Compatible Vacuum Grinding Jars: 4 x 50mL (50mL grinding jars only for vacuum)

Operation mode: 2 or 4 grinding jars working simultaneously

Feeding granularity: Soil materials < 10mm, others materials < 3mm

Discharging granularity(depend on materials): down to 1μm, for colloid grinding, down to 0.1μm

Sample type: hard, medium-hard, soft, fibrous, brittle, moist

Rotational Speed of Planetary disk: 550rpm 

Rotational Speed Ratio (planetary disk : jar): 1 :2
