For convenience, the flasks are graduated to show approximate capacity. The neck finish affords an excellent fit for rubber stoppers (#12). Tubulation OD is 12.5mm.

Kimble 27060-4000 KIMAX 4L heavy wall filtering flask with side-arm tubulation is an Erlenmeyer shaped filtering flaskthat that features a flat base, a conical body, and a cylindrical neck. Made with a heavier wall than a standard Erlenmeyer flask and designed to take 1 atmosphere of vacuum or 29 inch of mercury. Side hose connection designed to accept 5/16 inch I.D. flexible tubing. 4000mL total capacity; graduated at 1000-4000mL intervals in increments of 250mL. Designed from ASTM Specification E1406, Type II, Class 1 requirements.
