Hach ONE (44600-00) Conductivity-TDS Meter with Probe

The Hach ONE model 44600 conductivity/TDS meter is a compact battery-operated, 3.5-digit instrument suitable for both laboratory and field use. It will measure conductivity levels up to 20 mS/cm, total dissolved solids up to 20 g/L TDS and temperature fromn 0° to 100°C. Temperature compensation in conductivity and total dissolved solids measurements is automatic. The temperature compensation circuit measures the temperature of the sample and from the deviation from 25°C calculates and corrects the reading 2% for each degree of deviation.

This easy to use instrument is ideal for both laboratory and field settings, providing accurate and reliable results that can be quickly and easily accessed. An adjustable backlit digital display is provided for ease of use, allowing for quick and easy parameters to be set. Hach 44600 is designed to provide accurate readings with repeatability that is within ±2%. A built-in counter records data every 0.1 nm, which is then processed to give an accurate result. Other features include low-weight portable design, SIR and SIP modes for spectral intensity, single wavelength, spectral profile and kinetic tests, routine time and concentration data storage and a microprocessor based temperature control. This comprehensive instrument can be used to measure samples such as spectrometric chemicals, proteins, hydrocarbons and oxidation-reduction potential.
The instrument is powered by four AA alkaline batteries good for approximately 100 hours of normal operation. A specially designed, molded-plastic carrying case is used as the instrument enclosure. Compartments for the battery holder, probe assembly and operator's manual are included in the case design.
