Sigma SGM. M8/14A Programmable Muffle Furnace (0.35 Cu-Ft)

The Sigma SGM. M8/14A box-type resistance muffle furnace has a maximum temperature of 1400°C (working temperature of 1350°C) and includes a Leviton C1303 3-phase power switch. Heating element is silicon carbon rod. Adopting vacuum forming technology, the patent processing technology of gradient ceramic fiber and special insulation design, the temperature of the furnace shell surface is low. SIC rod is set in the both sides of the furnace chamber, easy to change and simple wiring. Features auto power off when furnace door opens, over-temperature alarm, and built-in parameter password control. Side opening door (opening the door from one side) provides easy to use, simple operation. Ideal for processing the sintering of cermet material and ceramic material, heat treatment of some monocrystal, refractory material reheat shrinkage researching under high temperature, and used for small batch production.
