Blue-M Stabil-Therm OV-490A-3 Gravity-Convection Oven (3 Cu-Ft)

The Blue M Stabil-Therm mechanical convection horizontal air-flow electric utility ovens with patented solid-state proportioning temperature control system have a temperature range of 40 to 260°C.

All models utilize stainless steel interior. Ovens feature stainless steel or durable enameled exterior. All six sides of oven are insulated with at least 2 inches of fiberglass to provide temperature uniformity of ±1C. The double wall oven door, also stainless steel, is fully insulated to reduce heat loss and improve temperature uniformity.

The Pro-Tronix II control features an LED display, setpoints adjustable to ±1°C of resolution, completely electronic main temperature control, and an independent overtemperature alarm (OTA). Control panel is durable and easy to operate.
