Glas-Col O406 Heating Mantle - 500mL

Glas-Col versatile fabric mantle's exterior is heavy fiberglass or silicone impregnated with pliable inner fabric lining. It can heat to 450°C (internal operating temperature) and is ideal for use on stir plates. Heating mantles must be operated through a power control (not included). Heating mantles are preferred to Bunsen burners or hot plates for organic liquids. They provide even heating (no hot spots) and maximum surface coverage for better temperature uniformity.
