BioRad 3000Xi Electrophoresis Power Supply

The Bio-Rad 3000Xi electrophoresis power supply provides constant current, power and voltage in a precise microprocessor controlled, easy to use instrument. This electrophoresis power supply produces up to 3000 volts, a current up to 300 mA and power up to 400 watts. This fully programmable gel electrophoresis power supply has 4 operating modes, standard time volt hour and step. This allows users to choose between running manually, for a set number or over a set period or in combination with each other in step mode. While in step mode, the 3000 xi can run three separate conditions can be programmed simultaneously, that way a single gel can be run safely without needing to constantly monitor it. The Bio-Rad 3000Xi is microprocessor controlled, can be used with any electrophoresis instrument, and is ideal for SDS-PAGE, two-dimensional electrophoresis, native gel electrophoresis, electrophoretic blotting, and DNA/RNA separations. Operational parameters for this power supply can be entered quickly from the LCD display and up to 10 routines can be stored in the power supply’s memory. This 3000Xi is partnered with a Thermo Semi Dry Blotter, as well as positive and negative voltage cables.
