Eaton (Moeller) xPole Electrical Socket Box for Lab Distillations

This Moeller xPole wall-mounted electrical socket box / circuit breaker system is specifically designed for laboratory distillation systems. The panel is designed to accommodate power supply to heaters, stirrer, flask heater, heating mantle (included) and vacuum pump. Vacuum pump is NOT included.

This industrial socket box is made of high-quality ABS/PC material, which is flame-retardant and non-burning at high temperatures to prevent static electricity and electric shock. The terminal type wiring makes it easy to install and improves installation efficiency. The protective cover is made of insulating material, anti-aging, and well-sealed to prevent electric shock. The professional anti-drop screw fixation ensures the product is sturdy and durable. The system includes a PXF-25/4/003-A switch (25A, 4 pole), ten PXL-B10/1 miniature circuit breakers (10A, 1 pole), three PXL-B16/1 miniature circuit breakers (16A, 1 pole) and two MCB-C10 miniature high performance circuit breakers (10A). Features overload and short circuit protection mechanisms for added peace of mind. The tinted transparent windows with UV protection allow easy inspection of circuits while protecting from exposure to water.

The Horst HGR4L high-performance heating mantle is fixed with a support stand and has a maximum temperature of 450C. The heating conductor, made of flexible glass yarn, perfectly adapts to the glass flask. The heating mantle must be connected to a temperature regulating device with separate connection lines for thermocouple and heating zone. The electrical insulation is not humidity-proof and requires special safety measures during operation.
